职位描述
Company Information: A famous USA cosmetic company
Major Responsibilities:
1.Develop and manage the accounts to increase and maximize net profitability by optimizing space, location, inventory and efficient sales, personnel allocation while minimizing sales cost
2.Develop and manage the sales team
3.Plan roster for all counter staff to ensure the maximum allocation of resource and meet productivity targets
4.Ensure SOP implementation in the field per requirement

Accountabilities:
Team management
Recruit, coach, supervise and motivate the sales staff (both office and counter) with the objective to maintaining the agreed level of productivity while sustaining the team’s stability and morale.
Develop AC and provide on-the-job-training to the team through business review, sales analysis, meeting and process checking / monitoring etc.
AC,CM, ACM, BA headcount review and door / BA productivity review on monthly basis
Regional planning
Prepare monthly/ quarterly/annual sales forecast both sell-in and sell-through by door on salable and tester
Prepare the resource utilization plan of store magazine, outpost and exposure etc.
T&E budget allocation and control
Prepare the human resource plan
Sales management
Achieve monthly sell-in and sell-through target
Develop and communicate priorities to the sales staff. Establish monthly/weekly/daily targets.
Identify and develop focus doors to maximize sales and net profit.
Keep close liaison with store management to maximize all growth potential / opportunities with new product launches, GWP, PWP, Special Events and CRM activities etc.
Ensure visual merchandising display and counter administration reflects Estee Lauder standard.
Hold weekly meeting with sales team to
1)review and analyze sales target and performance
2)Review BA productivity, sales mix and customer structure
3)Identify and action on inventory/push list
4)Review logistic and sales techniques on new product launch and promotions
5)Review ranking, competition and market activities
6)Review roster
Meet and review with regional trainer and field coach on training and coach focus
Monitor closely inventory position and work closely with sales administration supervisor to avoid over stock and out-of-stock situation including salable, GWP, tester, sample etc.
Set up the regional guidance for AC and counter to manage the counter inventory
Stock accuracy track and randomly check (physical 10%)
Relationship management
Ensure smooth communication between sales department and other department to maximize efficiency in the business
Review the business with retailers on half year basis
Keep the proper retailer relationship to increase the mutual understanding and get more support from the external
Relevant Indicators:
1.8 years relevant experience in cosmetics industry or FMCG
2.Strong analytic and quantitative ability (essential).
3.Computer literate: Word, Excel and Presentation (essential).
4.Bachelor degree
5.Passion, positive, proactive and down to earth
