Company Information: A famous USA cosmetic company

Location : Beijing/Shanghai/Chengdu

Primary Objectives:
?Find the field development opportunity and partner with sales team to work out and lead the regional field team to reach the impeccable service standard and desired business result.
?Educate/empower field sales force via in-store coaching: selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
?Conduct regional training activities and market events.
?Inspire, educate and motivate field management team and sales force. Be their leader and mentor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-store Coaching:
1.Lead by example via counter coaching - work alongside each Counter Manager and Expert to provide on-going Education (customer service, selling skills/product knowledge, and personal grooming).
2.Lead field trainer to ensure that the highest of Client service standards are maintained. Coach each Client Expert and Client Therapist on specific service/selling behavior and best practices via role-play exercises. Enforcement of after-sale service to meet requirements set up by brand.
3.Work closely with sales management team to support and groom Counter Manager to become more effective at managing Client Experts.
4.Identify potential new comer and existing expert for future field management role, attract, develop and retain.
5.Review on a monthly basis each Client Expert – Productivity, AUS, IPT, % of Trio sales, customer retention, new customer recruit and mystery shopper. Enhance performance and address concerns via in-store coaching.
6.Attend regular field sales meetings as required, to explore solutions to common business issues, provide feedback from training classes and look for opportunities to further drive results (retail sales, service levels, customer satisfaction, and other KPI’s).
7.Recruit (with regional sales management team) all new Client Experts and Client Therapists.

Classroom Training:
1.Conduct Basic school training program to regional field experts.
2.Conduct regional new launch, re-promote and refresh training to regional field experts.
3.Provide training to department store in order for them to be familiarized with our brand.
4.Communicate with sales management team on the quality of classroom participants – highlight individual areas of opportunity and agree action plans and follow-up.
5.Aligned with sales team to evaluated and search for the regional training needs and opportunities.

VIP Event Preparation and Execution:
1.Conducting VIP Events as MC.
2.Work closely with sales team to ensure the execution of all VIP events meets Client’s service standard and desired business results.

Administration: (5%)
1.Provide continuous coaching and regular feedback to field trainer, guide and develop trainer’s capacity and efficiency.
2.Present monthly regional work schedule which includes store visits, training activities, event support and travel/ training itinerary to education manager.
3.Maintain the North China Training Room in readiness for training, ensuring brand standards, culture and philosophy are reflected appropriately. This includes all logistics and details.

QUALIFICATIONS / OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1.3+ years of experience in training or field sales management.
2.Well-groomed and confident. Always present in a manner that reflects the standards of Client brand.
3.Passion for teaching and for helping others to learn and improve their job performance.
4.Excellent coach, leadership and communication skill.
5.Strong sense of ownership, able to take initiatives and responsibilities.
6.Counter-based office. Must wear full Client uniform at all times during working hours.
7.Basic oral & written in English.
8.Computer literate: Word, PowerPoint and Excel (desirable).
9.Available to travel in China.(essential)
