Responsibilities:

The role of the Change Manager is to proactively prepare the business for the impact of the changes introduced by new systems, operating models or other initiatives. The Change Manager is an important bridge between business and IT/Operations communities, and helps to ensure the new processes or technology is properly integrated and utilized to achieve the expected benefits.

Primary scope of change management will include Communication (ensuring business and leaders buy into the change agenda), Impact Assessment, Training, and Adoption Measurement and Management. The primary responsibilities of a Change Manager will be to put together the change management agenda during or after the project, and execute the tasks as part of the overall IT or operational project.

Key objective will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize utilization of a new system, new process, or new initiative.

The Change Manager will also work closely with Asia Regional Transformation Leader to adopt Marsh global Change Management framework to local standards and situation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related areas;

3-5 years of experience in managing in professional services or financial services industry;

? Change Management role and experience in large organizations, leading complex transformation programs

? Ability to learn and gain deep understanding of new systems and operational processes.

? Strong influencing skills and comfort interacting with both senior and mid-level managers throughout the organization, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build credibility.

? Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and familiarity with project management best practices and IT development cycle.

? Self-starter with willingness to assume responsibility and take charge.

? Team oriented and proven people manager.

? Experience in outsourcing and offshoring.

? Six Sigma Black Belt (helpful but not required).
