职位描述

LRQA has provided management system certification services and training services in China since 1995
and enjoyed as market leader in terms of reputation, service quality and technical expertise. We are
now looking for suitable candidates to join our growing team in China.




Key Responsibility:
? To maintain up to date client profile with predefined procedure.
? To arrange assessment for client in accordance with predefined procedure and resources
utilization requirements.
? To optimize the assessment arrangement which enhance the balance among resource
utilization, workload priority, and client satisfaction.
? To communicate and liaise professionally with clients and other contracted parties to
settle inquiries if any.
? To maintain good client relation by providing professional client service.




The successful candidate will have:
? Degree qualified
? Over 3 years work experience, including at least 2 years customer service experience of a team
in service industry
? Strong client focus and demonstrates clear understanding of value-added client service
? Professional and effective level of communication skills in order to negotiate, persuade
and influence others
? Local language, and good English speaking and writing skills
