- 负责实施代理商分级工作以及相应的支持措施，包含但不限于，
- 组织面向代理商的培训，活动及论坛。
- 制作并提供代理商证书、推广物品。
- 协调并对达成共识的项目进行实施，如视觉统一相关的需求、业务支持的需求，等。
- 获取争取的数据并对代理商业绩进行动态的分析
- 基于对业务的理解和需求，协助对代理商政策或者流程进行更新，通过沟通或者对受众群体的培训确保政策的有效实施。
- 从代理商和销售处收集反馈并提供有价值的筛选结果，发现可以被改善的问题及采取具体措施
- 完成例行的代理商满意度调查并分析结果。
- 根据需要协助完成日常其它的工作。

- 具备非常好的沟通和协调能力；
- 熟练运用办公软件工具及具备数据分析的能力。
- 对业务的运作有较好的理解和认知；
- 良好的学习能力以及开拓进取的精神
- 成熟稳重，工作认真细心；
- 本科或以上学历。
