职位描述

Work Location: Gaoqiao, Shanghai(Shuttle bus provided)
Report to: Senior Manager, HR

Job Objectives:
? Plan, organize and manage the professional recruiting activities for the centralized recruiting team to ensure that quality and cost of services meet the pre-determined standards (KPIs) and BASF Greater China's Employer Brand objectives
? Continuous improvement of recruiting processes and lead assessment, redesign and implementation of recruiting processes and candidate sourcing processes

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Planning Process and Recruitment Plan
1). Coordinate and facilitate the annual manpower planning exercise in China in partnership with HR Business partners, HR Regional Controlling and Hiring Managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of report by providing communication, training and guidance to parties as required.
2). Work out and update yearly, quarterly and monthly Recruitment Plans based on manpower planning. Follow up the recruitment plan and analyse the gap with actual status and make necessary actions.

2. Channel Management
1). Manage the key channels and sources of both internal and external candidates by using electronic databases from major job portals and BASF Greater China's e-recruitment tool and database, by regularly updating databases and periodic contact with prospective talent to ensure ready pool of talent to fit the manpower needs.
2). Manage the relationship with third party websites, headhunting companies and other vendors.
3). Monitor the process of internal application and employee referral programs.
4). Get a profound knowledge of the market. Understand business needs and consult superiors to develop recruitment strategies.

3. Recruitment Operations
1). Ensure that all contact through-out the sourcing and selection process meets the pre-determined quality standards to ensure that the Employer Brand and Value Proposition is delivered consistently to the candidate; and interaction with external partners and hiring managers meet the service quality
2). Ensure highest quality of candidate fit for open positions based on current job requirements by using the appropriate screening and assessment techniques in the selection process of professional hiring, for all legal entities in Mainland China.
3). Define together with HR Business Partners, C&B specialists the total package for the selected candidates.
4). Follow up the performance of the new recruits with the related HR Business Partners during their probation periods to improve the future selection.

4. Pre-onboarding Operations

Requirements:

1. Education: Tertiary qualifications in Business/HR related discipline
2. Working Experience: more than 10 years experience minimum working in a similar capacity, as an internal recruitment manager or Agency specialist; marketing experience is advantageous
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge:
1).Demonstrated strategic, operational, leadership, and change management skills
2).Familiar with innovative and standard practices related to recruitment channels and recruitment agencies in meeting the company's recruitment needs and targets
3).Able to understand job requirements, competencies and capabilities required by the business and possess the ability to assess and match the correct candidates to the role for the business requirements.
4).Must have proven track record and ability in sourcing for volume candidates through existing networks and contacts within the required turnaround time
5).Process oriented and detail focused. Capable of using data to identify and generate meaningful information and make recommendations based on such information for improving processes and operations.
6).Capable of managing competing priorities in a structured environment
7).Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
