Responsibilities岗位职责:
? Correct & timely recognition of Accounts Payables正确并及时确认应付帐款
? Render any irregularity in the field of Pricing / Long-outstanding Pos/Invoices / mismatched receipts) to relative parties (internal peer team / management &/or suppliers) 核查应付帐款中异常的采购单价以及长期未付款的应付发票
? Prepare all payment documents for approval in accordance with the due credit term and relative governmental regulations依据付款条款和政府规定准备付款资料并提交给管理层审批
? Monitor the payment status of all long-outstanding invoices监控所有长期未付款发票的付款状态
? AP reconciliation with suppliers periodically to assure the sufficient / correct accounting of AP定期与供应商对帐以确保应付帐款记账的准确和及时性
? Co-ordinate relations with SAFE and banks处理与银行和外管局的相关业务
? Ad hoc missions assigned by management 上级交付的其他工作

Requirements 任职要求:
? Bachelor degree / major in accounting大学学历 / 会计专业
? Fluent English (both oral and writing) 英语流利
? Good communication 良好的沟通能力
? Proficiency in Excel, Word 熟练的Excel/Word技巧
? Ability and willingness to work under high pressure 能承受一定的工作压力
