Day to Day Responsibilities:

Provide support to supervisor on daily work including closing, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, intercompany transactions, inventory control, ER review, etc.

Work on overseas payments and support cash flow management.

Support document and data collection for statuary audit and transfer price filing.

Work with SOX team to improve internal control environment.

Assist supervisor to optimize process and improve efficiency

Ad-hoc Projects / Tasks

Education & Experience

Grade 3-4 student in university, major in Accounting/ Finance

Be adept in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Fluent oral and written English

Soft Skills

Team work spirit

Flexibility, able to work under pressure

Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook

Other Requirement

At least 2-3 days per week
