岗位职责：
-Identify & respond to customer inquiries. Provide a client focused first point of contact to answer customer inquiries, process customer orders.
-Process orders for domestic customer and enter order into SAP system.

-Ensure the accuracy of order entry and changes;

-File orders/request according to guidelines/policy;

-Set order priorities according to revenue needs, customer needs and special sales situation;

-Proactively communicate order confirmations/changes to customer and as well as Buyer -Be knowledgeable about products to answer customer enquiries.
-Coordinate between customer, supply chain and sales team to ensure the success order proceed and product on time delivery;
-Clarify detailed collection info so that Finance team could reverse related AR record; -Various other duties as requested by the department manager

岗位要求：

- Good written and oral communication in English preferred

- English or International Trade major, fresh graduated is welcome.

- Familiar with MS Excel,Word.

- Be knowledgeable about trading terms.
