职位描述

Main function of job:

Provide daily cash reconciliations to the management of the company, as well as administration in Shanghai Office.

Maintain accurate, reconciled and compliant accounts.

Liaise with the Korea and Manilaoffice for timely submissions of groups’ reports as well as submissions for statutory local reporting.

Responsibilities:

FINANCE

  • Processing of bank payments and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage and optimization of the daily net cash position.
  • Reporting of cash and bank position dailyto the Manila/Dubai office.
  • Manage the bank relationship, accounts and monitor cash pools.
  • Handle payment process on different online banking platforms.

· Assist AR team in Manila office if required.

· Monitor FX market rates on daily basis, manage FX transactions online and by phone, execute foreign exchange transactions externally.

· Support auditors during annual audits.

· Prepare month end closing reports and provisions.

· Responsible for preparing, issuing and acting on key reports on daily & weekly basis.

· Assist AP team in Manila if required.

ADMIN

· Responsible for daily administrative duties to ensure effective and efficient office operations.

o general office admin works, such as Facilities & Utilities, Pantry & Stationery supplies, Name card & stationery printing,

o Maintain proper record & filing for office admin works & documents;

o Support company events and Ad-hoc projects as required.

· Prepare the name card/stationary and etc for all new colleagues;

· Coordinate GroupHRon management of onboarding and off boarding process appropriately;

· Retrieve company property when employees leave

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2-3 years work experience in Finance Department, with admin working experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce
  • Knowledge of Great Plains system preferable
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Exposure to foreign exchange markets and dealing
  • Knowledge of trade finance (bank guarantees)
  • Experience in international cash management
  • Good English skills (verbal and written)
  • Microsoft Excel experience
