Key Responsibilities:

Merchandising tasks: buying, allocation, replenishments, analysis and so on.

？ Capable of managing a category independently, covering retail, outlet and Ecommerce

？ Analyze the qualitative and quantitative requirements of product for direct retail

？ Analyze the sell-in and the sell-out for products and customers

？ Manage 'a buying process' with logic of allocation of goods for each store in Asia, based on the cluster, the objective of turnover, the type of customers, etc.

？ Optimize the flow of product between stores

？ Collect the store's needs and feedbacks

？ Create and manage a corporate reporting system to analyze 'missing sales for missing goods'

？ Analysis for sales performance and ST, action plan and follow-up

？ Replenishments ？ Involvement in buying

？ Working together with store managers to ensure best assortment for each store

？ Working together with store managers to change visual pushing slow movers (not only best sellers)

Retail Coordination tasks: ensuring standardization of processes in the stores (VM, stock movements, props, mannequins, Window, store environment, training, and store opening and so on).

？ VM and window prop coordination, ensure the management guideline is followed

？ Stock transfer ？ Ensuring training materials are properly done, travel between the stores to add value through retail training.

？ Support store openings.

？ Family and Friends’ sales preparation and operation

Requirements:

？ High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point.

？ Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities

？ Experience in buying, sales planning preferred

？ Strong Analytical skills with fashion oriented business mind.

？ Able to make clear decisions driven by business strategy

？ Highly organized, detail oriented and can multi task

？ Flexibility and humble, hard-working attitude and patience is essential

？ Bachelor’s degree or above

？ Around 3 years’ experience in buying &/or merchandising planning. Preferably in luxury retailer.

？ Fluent in spoken and written English
