Job Description

  

The Senior Project Manager will provide technical support and management for the feasibility study and schematic design activities for Logistics pipeline projects, including the establishment of project scope, budget and schedule. He will verify first hand data/information received on the project, with the object to optimize the final design and cost for the company. He or she will partner with our Investment team to ensure the delivery according to the business plan. Some of the duties will include:

  

  

- To compile and generate report and timely managed to approval through SAP system.

  

- Making formal recommendations on project by combining findings from land visits, government meetings, information collected from investment teams with the objective to balance the Risks involved with the final design and cost.

  

- To stay relevant with the latest project development process, market trends in order to add value to the entire project pipelines and life cycle

  

- To coordinate and communicate between various internal and external parties, and to manage the different conflicting objectives of different stakeholders to achieve a Win-Win scenario

  

  

Job Requirements

  

  

- Engineering/Architecture degree from an accredited college

  

- Possessing confidence, experience, and skills to support organizational activities

  

- Strong computer skills and knowledge of work processors, spreadsheets and reverent software applications

  

- AutoCAD , good in speak and written English

  

- Experienced in Logistics Project design and build is preferred.
