What are my responsibilities?
- Overall commercial support to the sales activities, e.g. participate in negotiation for commercial contract terms (possibly together with sales and legal experts), in terms of financial integrity/transparency, effective risk management, contract revision and conclusion;
- Support in preparing commercial bidding documents to customer, project calculation preparation for LoA meetings;
- Order processing and booking - order income booking in SAP, order and contract documentation and archiving;
- Assist commercial project manager/project manager on project execution and contract management
- Perform cost planning and cost controlling for maintenance service projects, administration and controlling of project expenses, e.g. travelling & entertainment expenses checking and assignment to WBS and cost centers (option according to job assignment);
- Internal / external process related tasks, e.g. LoA, Q-gate monitor and organizer;
- Interface to internal ( e.g. legal, tax, accounting...etc), external stakeholders;
- Coordinate project audit checking internally and externally;
- Other commercial tasks as necessary.
