- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Component Engineer(元器件工程师).

What are my responsibilities?

1.Cooperate with HW designer, select suitable components for project, provide support and suggestions to designer, optimize design solutions

2.Synchronize with headquarter for global components strategy, keep same reaction with HQ for risk analysis and phase in/out plan

3.Work with sourcing for cost control, meet project target as defined; trace component technology and introduce into projects, good recommendation to design for solution optimizing.

4.Provide certification and qualification for new components, good risk analysis and management;

5.Maintain legacy products and provide support for supplier management and quality control system.

6.Implement global R&D process, moderate understandinng of the process, working according process, feedback improvement suggestions to process sites experts

7.Ensure test result comply with EMC, CE, CCC, UL, etc. ensure the R&D products obey to Siemens Quality, ensure design according to Siemens Environmental standards (SN36350) and RoHS & WEEE compliance.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 3-5 years related working experience in component management and library management;1-2 years similar product design experience would be preferred. (eg. HVAC, sensor, Motor, Switching Power design, display etc.)

2.Familiar to components technology, moderate understand schematic design

3.Good command of components characters, failure analysis, production technologies

4.Good supplier management and risk analysis, good control of supplier phase in/out

5.Good master of CADIM system, SAP system,etc.

6.Good command of oral, writing, reading English
