Training and Development

● Meet training objectives by forecasting training requirements, preparing monthly, weekly, quarterly and annual logs

● Design and implement new hire training module. Support initiatives and projects for continuous improvement of training deliverables

● Organize and conduct need base retraining sessions for the team

● Ensure knowledge transfer on updates/ new development at process level to the team

● Develops managerial results by orienting new members, conducting training programs, providing learning resources, coaching individual team members.

Required Skills

● Ability to multi-task and conduct business training (pre-process & process), handle quality targets

● Should have a sound understanding of work flow, client policy and procedures to guide others

● Ability to proficiently use Office suite applications

● 2 yrs +of extensive experience with mapping/sourcing/research/lead generation in an executive

● Strong communication skills & cognitive ability

Required Language

● Native fluency in Japanese/Mandarin and English
