职位描述
The key responsibilities will include:
● Proactive talent mapping / candidate identification (including detailed contact/additional information) and developing passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches and database research
● Brainstorming on effective sourcing techniques and systematically mapping all talent in specific company / industry based on business need
● Professional compilation of research findings to be presented to the client
● Use a variety of tools and resources to identify and map the best talent across a range of markets and sectors
Required Qualifications and Skills
● Strong communication skills & cognitive ability
● 2 to 5 yrs of extensive experience with mapping/sourcing/research/lead generation in an executive search firm or a research center for an executive search firm
● Good knowledge of Boolean operators
● Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity
● Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
● Education : Minimum - Bachelors’ degree. Masters preferred.
Required Language
● Native fluency in Japanese/Mandarin and English
