- For our Industry Sector in Beijing,we are looking for a SFAE I CS Commercial Trainnee 西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 工业领域 客户服务集团 商务培训生 （工作地点：北京）.

What are my responsibilities?

- Attend and successfully complete the entire SCTP year program, including the various theoretical training sessions and practical job rotation assignments.

- Report progress throughout the duration of the program proactively to the SCTP program manager and their coach/hiring manager.

- After completing the program, the trainee should have a fundamental understanding of the Siemens organization, business and commercial function.

- The trainee should master sound theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in the most important commercial areas, e.g. pricing/costing, order processing, cost allocation & billing, product development, material logistics, production and production control, accounting, reporting, financial statement, risk management.

- 参加并顺利完成整个SCTP年度项目，项目内容包括各方面的理论培训和流动岗位实践任务。

- 积极地向SCTP项目经理和其培训经理、部门经理报告在项目期间的进展。

- 项目结束后，培训生应当对西门子的组织结构，业务以及商业职位有一个基本的认识。

- 培训生应当精通重要商业领域的理论知识和实践经验，如定价/成本、采购流程、成本分配/营业额、产品开发、原料物流、生产和生产控制、会计、报告、财务报表以及风险管理等。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or Masters in financial related field (Finance, Economics, International Trade, Accounting, etc.

- Fluent in verbal and written English

- Good communication skills

- Highly detail oriented

- Sensitivity to financial figures

- Good team work attitude

- Excellent academic performance

- Written recommendation from university professor (optional)

What else do I need to know?

- Participate in the Siemens Commercial Training Program (SCTP) during the first 12 months employment. Within one year the trainee will gain both sound theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in various commercial areas. After successful program graduation the trainee starts their professional career in their hiring organization, and becomes a key player in commercial function in Siemens.
