职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Ensure that all preventive maintenance programs and maintenance schedules are effectively in placed and executed
?Ensure that all building regulation and safety codes are fully complied with
?Coordinate with contractors and vendors on ad-hoc building defects and repairs work
?Coordinate and ensure maintenance of office equipment and facilities are rectified timely
?Maintain records/database and update all M&E, building and schematic drawings of the facilities and security in the building
?Responsible to raise purchase requisitions for Procurement function to process as purchase orders for facilities matters
?Prepare circulars/emails regarding facilities matters such as scheduled maintenance, etc
?To carry out other duties as and when directed by the Supervisor and/or Management
Requirements:
?Tertiary education in Mechanical, Electrical, Building/Facilities management or relevant discipline are preferred
?At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is advantageous
?Proactive, independent, able to work with minimum supervision
?Meticulous, organized and ability to meet report deadlines and multi-tasking
?Good administrative, documentation and communication skills
?Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Work, Power Point)
?Good customer service skills and a team player
?Good English and Mandarin skills in writing and listening
