We are actively seeking a Consultant with a passion for site development and problem solving. Candidates considering applying should have 5 years? experience developing in SharePoint; however, candidates with at least 5 years? experience in front end UI development with an interest in ramping up in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server will also be considered. In conjunction with SharePoint development, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate proficiency with SharePoint JavaScript Frameworks, design, coding, and debugging, or possess a great willingness to learn. The Consultant will work with our customers to empower organizations to innovate and gain the competitive advantage through leveraging SharePoint front end solutions by conducting consulting engagements. Each consulting engagement is customized to serve the customer?s unique needs. The successful candidate will be able to participate in engagements and demonstrate a clear mastery of: - JavaScript Frameworks used in Front end development. - HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, and other client side application technologies. - Rest services, ASP .net Web services and JSON to manipulate data. - Building SharePoint solutions using Out-Of-The-Box features and services. - SharePoint Server 2010, 2013, and Office 365 SharePoint Online and their available services with a deep technical understanding. - Debugging skills; ability to debug system-wide technical problems in unfamiliar areas. - Ability to diagnose and correct performance problems. - Excellent oral and written communications skills. - Ability to engage in executive and senior-level technology discussions. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate: - Experience developing using the Application model. - Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft technology understanding and experience. This role requires a vast breadth and depth of technology knowledge and the ability to diagnose performance problems and develop a corrective solution by mapping a customer's business problem to an end-to-end technology solution. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong person who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has previously demonstrated excellence in solution development in a large scale environment.
