Key Role Accountabilities

1. Daily oversight of cargo movement at stations

负责监督日常航站有关货运的操作；

2. Responsible for cargo performance and safety

负责货运操作安全；

3. Provide with support and customer service to clients, follow up recovery /IRR process for customers;

为货运客户提供服务和支持，跟进非正常的货运情况；

4. Work closely with Sales teams and Operation teams in China and overseas hubs to ensure smooth handling, service recovery and delivery of shipments, able to solve problems

支持中国及海外的销售团队以及操作团队以确保顺利的货运运输, 解决问题；

5. Conducts weekly and daily administrative matters on cargo

完成日常货运报告；

6. To communicate and coordinate among Stations, Cargo warehouse, and HQ.

与航站、机场货站、及海外总部协调和沟通；

7. General: perform all other duties related to cargo operations assigned by superior

完成上级分配的工作。

Requirement

1. College level at least, bachelor degree preferred

大专以上学历，本科学历优先

2. Have years’ Operation experience of aviation cargo within the airline industry preferred

有货运操作经验或航空业背景优先

3. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

具备熟练的英文读写能力

4. Good communication skill;

有良好的沟通能力

5. Able to travel when required

能接受出差

6. Must be able to work on shift and night shift.
