The role supports the Area Communications Director: ·

• Establish the employee volunteering scheme to activate global CSR partnership of “Smile Train” ·
• Work closely with GA to identify local NGO partnerships for China CSR activation, category thougt-leadership, etc.
• Provide communications support or change management ·

Maximize the performance of daughter brands through the brilliant delivery of integrated earned media campaigns Accountability: ·

• The person in this role will be required to simultaneously manage numerous concurrent projects. This will require a constant reassessment of priorities and the ability to remain focused on outputs that deliver a clear business benefit.

Complexity: ·

• This role will experience a high degree of change in a fast-paced environment, requiring resilience and flexibility.
• The role needs to manage resources efficiently and work with various teams/functions smoothly to implement programs and projects to execute the defined strategy. High energy, good personal credibility, strong communication skills and the ability to operate in an often high-pressure environment are therefore essential.

Basic Requirements:

The identified objectives of the role require communications expertise and solid industry experience (more than 5 years).

The role requires a high level of credibility and very strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a complex matrix environment.

Sense of urgency, however calm under pressure, resilient and flexible Project management skills, focused on delivery to deadlines - results driven and solutions oriented Must be capable of working autonomously but engaging others as needed Self-motivated yet natural team player.

Flexible and able to remain focused in a matrix organisation Excellent fluent written and spoken English skills Demonstrated ability to successfully manage PR agencies, ideally with some agency experience

Specialized Knowledge:

• Project management skills ·
• Experience of working with NGO, government, etc.
• Preferably with agency experience
