China Loc Marketing – Brand Manager

Role objective

Drive business objective, focus on 3 aspects:

  • Communication: strategy development and campaign development  
  • Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis. Sensitive for any opportunity and risk.
  • Strategy planning (short/mid/long-term including OP for next year and 3>1 plan)

Work closely with area marketing team on communication.

Drive in-market adoption and execution

 

Reporting and Interfaces

  • Reports directly to China Loc Marketing Director, day-to-day work with Marketing Manager as one team.
  • Interfaces with GSK CH functional counterparts and local supporting functions (e.g. Analytics, Digital, insight, finance etc.)

Parameters for Success

KPIs (quantitative and qualitative):

  • Annual sales and share targets
  • Business satisfaction evaluation
  • Compliance with budget & GSK policies
  • Positive 360 feedback

Qualifications / Experience

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a BA degree
  • Excellent English spoken and written
