China Loc Marketing – Brand Manager
Role objective
Drive business objective, focus on 3 aspects:
- Communication: strategy development and campaign development
- Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis. Sensitive for any opportunity and risk.
- Strategy planning (short/mid/long-term including OP for next year and 3>1 plan)
Work closely with area marketing team on communication.
Key accountabilities & deliverables

Drive in-market adoption and execution
Reporting and Interfaces
- Reports directly to China Loc Marketing Director, day-to-day work with Marketing Manager as one team.
- Interfaces with GSK CH functional counterparts and local supporting functions (e.g. Analytics, Digital, insight, finance etc.)
Parameters for Success
KPIs (quantitative and qualitative):
- Annual sales and share targets
- Business satisfaction evaluation
- Compliance with budget & GSK policies
- Positive 360 feedback

Qualifications
- A minimum of a BA degree
- Excellent English spoken and written
