职位描述

HR Administration is the fundamental work of people process, HR Admin role exists to provide Retail Steering group with relevant inputs about people intelligence, to secure HR Administration process and routines are legal compliance. Meanwhile provide HR daily personnel administration service standards to SO co-workers. By working these could contribute to IKEA Retail China high level of co-worker engagement to achieve outstanding business success.

Mandate
HR Administrator is the leader role of CN HR Administration in HR function, this role should secure the right understanding to IKEA Retail China long term people strategy and HR BDP; meanwhile secure the right competence and communication level for HR administration management regarding the service standard to all IKEA Retail China stores and SO co-workers. Eventually maintain the high operational standards on HRMS system. Provide high performances of HR services to IKEA Retail China.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
CN HR Intelligence
? Lead the process of CN HR KPI, data collection, reporting & analysis
? Work with store HR function to consolidate KPI management

CN HR Admin Competence Development
? Develop store HR with relative knowledge of TE/LTE/LHF
? Improve PA/PY forms by working with BSC team.
CN HR Administration Working Process & Routines
? Working with Operation team to develop HR Admin check routine
? Develop and maintain co-worker on board folder and working process

SO Payroll
? Secure SO co-worker payroll and KRONOS timecard information update and consolidation for co-workers salary payment to BSC.

SO HR Administration Daily Operation
? Maintain and update co-worker individual personnel information through HRMS system, co-worker database and paperwork in a completed, updated, clear and structured approach.
? Administrative of co-worker check-in and check-out, internal transfer process
? Labor contract management- contract renew & follow up for SO local co-workers, TE, LTE, LHF
? Provide New Co-worker Induction support for KRONOS time keeping part
? Being the contact window of co-workers compensation & benefits information consolidation to service providers.
? Responsible for all foreigner affairs with Mobility in service office, coordinate and guide store HR team for all foreigner affairs.
? Maintain the external vendor relationship and make sure their service quality
? Responsible for annual audit & declaration support
? Apply residence Permit base on the actual needed and reply questions from co-workers
