Main goals and objectives:

? Steering of Jupiter-1 company

Description: Jupiter-1 Company is a joint venture by VCIC, FAW-VW and SVW, with focus on providing RV guarantee business for fleet customers. The set-up work of this company has been done, and this position is responsible to steer the Jupiter-1 company as a shareholder to ensure its sustainable growth.

? Development and steering of Jupiter-2 (a new company)

Description: Jupiter-2 business focuses to meet the customer’s mobility demand by RV guarantee business including both captive and non-captive brands and covers both to-B and to-C customers.

Importance & contribution: Jupiter-2 is the fundamental for mobility eco-system. The Jupiter-2 will generate great profit for its shareholder. Moreover, without Jupiter-2’s guarantee on RV, the mobility projects will have enormous business risk, due to lack of professional disposal of the returned pre-owned cars.

? Development and management of Physical Turn Table (PTT) network (a new offline service network)

Description: This mission aims to develop and manage the Physical Turn Table (PTT) network, which is the offline service network for pre-owned mobility cars, and for captive and non-captive brands. The PTT network will be invested by 3rd-party investors, for example dealer groups. The PTT’s service scope includes pre-owned car gathering & stock, inspection, refurbishment, logistics support, and so on.

Importance & contribution: The PTT network is the fundamental for pre-owned mobility car disposal. It will be the first and biggest nationwide service network for all brands. The PTT network will generate considerable revenue. By contrast, without PTT network the offline action of pre-owned mobility car disposal cannot be completed.


Your Responsibilities:

? Steering of Jupiter-1

KPI set-up and regular monitoring;

Business support between shareholders and Jupiter-1 management team;

Support on BoD meeting organization and decision tracking.

? Development of Jupiter-2:

Business model and process development.

Business case development.

Feasibility study (incl. feasibility on law & regulation / accounting / tax) in cooperation with internal & external partners.

Investor partner criteria development and screening.

Due diligence and/or partner check (commercial, finance, IT, compliance).

Partnership initiation and negotiation.

Political alignment and achievement of permission with internal partners (MA, Legal, Finance Controlling, M&A, Compliance, K-GGM, K-FC and other partners if necessary).

Completion of co-investment negotiation with co-investors.

Achievement of top management’s approval (e.g. MA BoM, VCIC BoM, K-VS, AR, etc.).

Preparation and completion of Joint Venture Contract (JVC) and Article of Associations (AoA).

Signing of nessary BoD resolutions, JVC and AoA.

Achievement of all necessary documentations for company registration.

Completion of company registration.

Recruitment of the 1st management team (e.g. MD, CFO, Sales Head, Compliance Manager).

Conduct shareholder meetings and/or pre-BoD meetings.

Conduct pre-financing projects for fundamental set-up.

? Steering of Jupiter-2

Defining KPIs for Jupiter-2’s business operation.

Steering of Jupiter-2 management team to achieve the KPIs.

Coordinate Jupiter-2 company to support MA’s mobility projects.

Conduct shareholder meetings and/or BoD meetings.

Ensure the healthy, sustainable and profitable growth of Jupiter-

? Development of PTT

PTT partner’s business case development.

Partner’s feasibility study.

Franchise model development.

Partner selection criteria development and alignment with internal partners (e.g. Legal, Compliance and so on).

Partner selection and negotiation.

Franchise agreement development and alignment with internal partners.

Achievement of top management’s approval.

Signing of franchise agreement and build up PTT network.

? Management of PTT network

Defining KPIs for PTT network for all services, including vehicle return & storage, inspection, refurbishment, CPO & extended warranty, logistics support, and so on.

Management of PTT network to achieve the KPIs.

Coordinate PTT network with Jupiter-1 and Jupiter-2 and ensure the business fluency.

Maintain, enhance and/or enlarge the PTT network according to the business requirement.

Support individual PTT to sustainably and healthy growth.

? Reporting

Develop and present top-quality reporting to Top Management, key conferences and peers.


Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Bachelor or above, MBA preferred


Personal skills:

? Excellent capability and proved experience of strategy development and business implementation;

? Independent problem solver and good team player;

? Outstanding communication and presentation skills;

? Very familiar and good at PPT and Excel;

? Logical thinking, fact-based and result-oriented;

? Self-driven, organized and highly committed;

? Steady, progressive yet humble;

? Multi-national company experience;

? Consulting experience preferred.


Working experience (in years):

? 10+ years in automotive industry;

? Pre-owned Car experience or dealer management experience preferred.


Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Strong project management skills and experience;

? Strong “Ownership” leadership and can-do behavior;

? Strong inter-personal feelings and skills, and good relationship maintenance with both internal and external partners.

? Chinese: native speaker

? English: business fluent
