Position: HRIT

Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP/HR Management

Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

? Act as PMO for the HRBP/Services Team

? Central interface for all data related topics in SAP

? Successfactor system roll out lead for Region China (partnering with ITP colleagues and global HRIT colleagues)

? Data input for all new employees and drive data maintenances and accuracy for employees (offer and contract processing and SAP input)

? Run monthly and as needed report for employee related data

? Act as central policy and process steering for the team (ISO process, policy, process updates)

? Document and Personnel File Management Administration Lead and interface (hardcopy and softcopies)

? Continuous improvement of policy/process/systems for HRIT based on business needs and local regulations

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Minimum Bachelor degree in a 4 year university. IT or HR related background is a plus

Personal skills:

? Positive attitude, solution and result focused while managing multiple stakeholders

? Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests

? Detail oriented and able to deal with large amounts of data

? Analytical sense and prioritization

Working experience (in years):

? 5-7 years in related HRIT/HRIS roles

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Fluent Chinese and English

? German language is a plus

? Successfactor / SAP related qualifications is a plus
