Position: Internal Control System Consultant

Division/Department: President/ Governance, Risk & Compliance

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

？ In accordance with Group GRC Strategy and Group GRC Standards, the principal duties for this function are the management, adaptation and development of the Internal Control System (ICS). This task includes the promotion of the ICS to BUs within VCIC and its controlled entities as well as consultation services to all BUs applying ICS.

？ Within the framework of risk management, the function contributes to corporate management and to sustainable corporate success (early risk detection/effectiveness of RMS/IKS) and influences the relevant reporting on sustainability in the area of risk management (e.g. Dow Jones Index).

Your Responsibilities:

？ Independent management of Internal Control System (ICS) projects, the development, implementation and execution of relevant ICS-processes and ICS-standards within VCIC

？ Consultation of the VCIC BUs and controlled entities with regards to all aspects of ICS-topics

？ Implementation of the ICS in company processes

？ Development of group standards for internal controls in close cooperation with other group departments and brands

？ Reorganization and further development of the reporting to an Internal Control System

？ Consultation of the BUs with regards to potential risk scenarios and process weaknesses

？ Stop process weaknesses encountered by the BUs and follow-up

？ Development/Deduction of recommendations for the Top-Management

？ Observance of external trends and events in order to recognize and report needs of adaptations at an early moment of time

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

？ Degree in economics (Master’s degree, MBA) or a comparable business oriented qualification

Personal skills:

？ Effective communication towards various target groups

？ Experience as trainer welcome

？ Process orientation (practical knowledge about company common processes)

？ Very experienced in project management

？ High level of comprehension combined with conceptual abilities

？ Ability to take action independently and autonomously

？ A distinct service attitude

Working experience (in years):

？ Multiple years of experience in controlling or risk management, ideally with regards to implementing anICS

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ Business-fluent English and Mandarin
