Position: Compliance Project

Division/Department: President/ Governance, Risk & Compliance

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

In accordance with group integrity strategy, the principal duties for this function are

？ Cooperate with related BUs to implement and ensure the effectiveness of compliance project, e.g. ambassador program

？ Ensure timely and smooth implementation of T4I program

？ Support the entity business integrity officer to cooperate and network with related areas

？ Support the entity business integrity officer to considerate and integrate of relevant concepts

？ Support the entity business integrity officer to prepare projects related reporting, monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness

This should include the operational implementation of

？ Project management of T4I program

？ Roll-out and push forward of ambassador program

？ Ensure the localization of all the integrity projects

？ Develop KPIs and reporting of the KPIs to the management

？ Coordinate with BUs from all areas to ensure the overall project quality and final delivery

The measures and policies established by Integrity aim to ensure the legally compliant conduct of legal representatives and company employees, as well as that of any third parties. Following on from this, it is important objective of preventing negative effects as a result of "non-integrity and compliance" by a company (damage to reputation, material/immaterial damage, damage claims by third parties etc.). To this end, close coordination with the Internal Audit, Legal Affairs and Human Resources Departments is required, as they are responsible for the investigative and reactive elements.

Your Responsibilities:

？ Project management of T4I project, coordinate with external vendors and central compliance team to ensures the success implementation of T4I program

？ Responsible for T4I related communication and change related measures, including prepare content and coordination within communication and change committees

？ Close cooperate with HR, internal communication, legal and relevant departments to monitor and ensure the T4I deliverables on the right track

？ Follow up on the ambassador program: coordinate ambassadors from all areas and all hierarchical levels to act as change agents and keep the dialog with the workforce going

？ Keep developing and updating supporting material for ambassadors

？ Define KPI and the reports of the ambassador program to the management

？ Assure the cooperation and networking with project implementation related areas

？ Considerate and integration of relevant concepts from different areas

？ Develop and prepare KPI report of all other projects for management team

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

？ Bachelor Degree and above

？ Training and Project Management certificate

？ Several years’ experience in compliance area within an international environment

Personal skills:

？ Demonstrate high integrity, flexibility, willingness and consciousness of responsibility

？ Persistence, assertiveness and organizational skill

？ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills

？ Unrestricted personal integrity to represent Integrity issues convinced

？ Excellent analytical and implementation capability

？ Willingness to implement change processes

Working experience (in years):

？ 5y+ work experience of project management

？ Compliance and integrity experience preferred

？ PMO experience in automobile industry preferred

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ Business fluent English (spoken and written); additional language preferable
