职位描述
Position: International HRBP Beijing_1 yearcontract
Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP P/International HR Management
Location: Beijing
Main goals and objectives:
? This position ensures that all local HR activities are in line and consistent with the
needs of the business and with the Global Assignment Policy.
? This position is responsible for managing all aspects of expatriate employment, from
pre-assignment through repatriation at all FAW-Volkswagen locations in China
onsite, by supporting the application and implementation of the Global Assignment
Policy in a fair and equitable manner.
? This position ensures the continuous analysis and development of FSE infrastructure
at the other group entitiy locations in Region China.
Your Responsibilities:
? Work closely with the local business unites and global assignment colleagues in
WOB and Ingolstadt and other group companies to execute the planned/agreed
assignments for the other Volkswagen JV locations in Region China outside Beijing
? Manage the administration of the international assignment relocations and related
processes for the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Work on the development, implementation and coordination of employees of all
contract types (Local, LE, FSE) in terms of on-boarding and closing for all employee
in the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Manage the employment, benefits, compensation, relocation, and immigration issues
for all expatriate employees for the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Manage in-house data storage, filing, expensing of assignment-related costs and
administration for the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Improvement and monitoring of HR policy and workflow processes and responsible
for HR related projects and concept for the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Maintain international employees relationship with overall support on an assignees
life cycle for the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Control the whole application process of legal working papers, to guarantee the
expatriates employment corresponding with Chinese laws and regulations, and to
facilitate the settlement of global expatriates in China
? Liaise with Government regarding related expatriates employment policy to ensure
the employment process for the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Management of contracts renewal for external expatriates service together with
purchasing department for the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Organization and management of assignment-related training and education for
expatriates and their family members
? Analyse and further develop FSE Infrastructure for the Volkswagen JV locations
outside Beijing
? Responsible for annual Employee & Management Dialogue process / comparative
appraisal panels for FSE in the Volkswagen JV locations outside Beijing
? Implementation of FSE personal development in the JV location. Conducting the Preselection
process for FSE FBQ as qualified HR observer and steering and evaluation
of the Conditional pass process for PEF and MAC
? Developing and updating policies as “Policy Expert” responsible for 1-2 below policy
areas in the Global Mobility policy by keeping contact with respective headquarters’
“policy expert”, exchanging ideas and feedbacks, getting policy updates and changes
from group and ensuring the local implementation of the updates and changes
Our Requirements:
Necessary Education:
? College Education, MBA preferred
? German, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English languague. excellent in
speaking and writing
? Advanced skills and experience in data base mangement, SAP, Excel and
Powerpoint

Working Experience (in years):
? 3-8 years of International Human Resources Management Experience thereof 3-5
years professional experience in China
? Professional knowledge and experience in HR operations, HR services, Training and
Development, Expatriate Management, Chinese labor and Immigration law and
regulations
? Financial management knowledge and experience
? Project management knowledge and experience
Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
? This position has as well as an operative HR responsibility a large conceptual and
alignment responsibility for all Chinese Entities incl. JV, Component companies and
Brands such as Porsche, Scania, MAN D&T, MAN T&B and Renk
? Also there is a strong alignment responsibility to ensure equality and fairness for the
FSEs in the Tianjin location regardless for which host company the FSE work. This is
a high priority also from Global Assignments in the Group.
