Position: CO2 Efficiency

Division/Department: Volkswagen China Passenger Cars Brand/Technical Development VW

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

？ Cooperation and coordination of interface topics between power train management, product management and finance department.

？ Independent project steering with responsibility focus on CO2 efficiency

？ Strategically preparation and implementation of economic analysis to make the decision of the CO2 strategy for the region of China

？ Collaboration at planning and implementation of the product strategy.

？ Support for implementation of CO2 measures like new engines, new gearboxes etc.

Your Responsibilities:

？ Coordination and Alignment of JV partners and brands like Volkswagen, Audi etc. in reason of economically efficiency.

？ Independent creation of decision papers for implementation of power train strategy for region China.

？ Support to settle costs for CO2 measures between projects and JV’s.

？ Coordination feedback of economic market requirements in cooperation with all relevant business units like product management etc.

？ Self-dependent calculation and development of product calculation.

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

？ University degree like for industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering

Personal skills:

？ Financial experience

？ Independent management and implementation of projects

Working experience (in years):

？ More than 2 years of experience in the technical development of the automotive industry

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ Very good German and English language skills (business fluent)
