职位描述
Position: Parts Sales and Marketing
Division/Department: Group Strategy and Sales & Marketing/Group Sales and Marketing
Location: Beijing
Main goals and objectives:
- Development and execution of Group parts sales and marketing strategy
- Steering of parts business via market surveys and performance analysis
- Growing parts turnover and parts profit contribution by identifying areas of weakness, improving sales penetration and by introducing new tools and programmes
- Improve quality of sales & marketing support to JV′s, Importers and Dealers in China based on market surveys and benchmarks
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the common strategic objectives for all Group brands and entities in China including product management and brand protection, segment and channel strategy.
- Steer business performance by identifying and measuring strategic KPIs, by benchmarking performance and by holding bi-monthly business reviews and bi-annual Steering Committee.
- Coordinate with VCIC controlling to challenge planning round inputs and create relevant and appropriate objectives.
- Provide reporting on all KPIs to management at VGC and at HQ, provide comparative reporting to entities.
- Manage and conduct market studies. Create synergy by cost-sharing of strategic studies with central purchasing.
- Obtain buy-in from JVs and VGIC and Produce tailored reports
- Initiative workshops to relay findings and to produce adapted action plans,
- Deliver car park data to all entities to enable measurement of performance per car.
- Develop products and channel management strategy with JVs and with third-party suppliers.
- Co-operate with industry organization to track legislation and regulation and to lobby appropriate government authorities
- Calculate business case and get buy-in from JVs/VGIC
- Initiate project management procedures to ensure follow-up of key actions and on-time delivery
- Steer Brand Protection activities within VGC in the Aftersales area
- Develop and manager suppliers and participate in industry coalitions and meetings
Our Requirements:
Necessary education:
- Bachelor or above degree in related fields
Personal skills:
- Autonomous, Self-driven, team-oriented, ability to lead
- Creative and persuasive
- Ability to structure complexity
Working experience (in years):
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in automotive industry with 5 years minimum in After Sales
- Experience in operational sales and/or marketing, excellent command of statistical analysis and business case preparation
Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
- High level of English (spoken and written), Chinese and German is a plus
