Position: VGC Group R&D Technical Product Requirement (ICE)

Division/Department: R&D Technology Asia/Group R&D

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

？ This position is responsible for monitoring the market and deriving requirements to optimize future vehicle/module/platform generations for Chinese market in the project development early phase

Your Responsibilities:

？ Technical market analysis with regard to country specific properties (e.g. customer, regulations, infrastructures, competitors and country conditions)

？ Creating technical requirements for vehicle development to ensure suitability of future car models for Chinese customers

？ Align requirements within VGC, incl. product team, marketing, quality assurance

？ Align requirements with joint ventures and headquarter

？ Analysis and evaluation of customer satisfaction topics

？ Analyzing current automotive trends

？ Evaluation and consolidation of various customer feedback channels (e.g. internal & external studies, aftersales reports, customer field data, Q-reports etc.)

？ Total vehicle evaluation, active monitoring of the Chinese market in R&D total vehicle topics

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

？ Engineer (BSc, MSc) , Automobile development, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information technology or related area

Personal skills:

？ Thorough understanding of the total vehicle

？ Strong customer orientation, experience in customer studies and surveys is an advantage

？ Knowledge MS Office

？ Good communication and coordination skills

？ Good analyzing and structuring skills as well as presentation skills

？ Chinese driving license with at least 3 years of practical experiences

？ Planning and well-organized

？ Ability to work under pressure

？ Initiative and motivation, self-reliant working attitude

Working experience (in years):

？ Min. 3 years working experiences

？ International experience / working in an international company

？ Experience in vehicle project management and intercultural desired

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ Fluent English and German language skills

？ Native Chinese language
