Position: Smart Quality - Software Quality

Division/Department: Quality Assurance/ QAVehicle Strategic Projects

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

? The position Smart Q Software Quality is responsible for supporting Smart Quality to build-up and steering of software supplier’s quality management system including evaluation, monitoring etc. in Region China. Its according tasks on all produced and purchased components for all current and also future vehicles of VW AG (VW, Audi, Skoda etc.)

Your Responsibilities:

? Create, implement and manage a local software supplier’s quality evaluation system, including methods and process in Region China in close synchronization with div. departments and JVs

? Integrate localized software supplier’s quality evaluation system into the related companies, e.g. JVs

? Establishment of reporting interfaces between headquarter and local companies

? Arise, calibrate, adjust, distribute Software Quality Requirements in KGAS, System- and Software architecture, FuSi, Automotive Security, Lessons Learned

? Plan and manage the regional execution of software supplier activities which requested by VCIC, VW Group or other companies

? Plan, perform, administrate and report Software Quality in Region China and in Asia

? Track and monitor the audit findings and follow up implementation actions and improvement programs in Region China regularly

? Plan, review and approval audit requirements and activities including checks on operational systems to minimize possible risk of disruptions to business processes

? Escalate critical case / supplier to related committees in VGC and VW Group

? Develop new software quality requirements based on local best practice, e.g., for security, car related connectivity etc.

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Master / Bachelor, field of automotive engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering)

Technical skills:

? Distinctive knowledge of system/software quality management methods and – techniques

? The ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents; including familiarity with MS Office, MS Projects, MS Visio. (MS Visual Basis preferable).

? Advanced Software/Car IT Project management skills

? Knowledge in Car IT Services, Operation and Infrastructure (advanced knowledge preferred)

? The ability to develop car security related audits standards, processes and methods.

? Advanced Knowledge and experience of common software quality/information security standards and methodologies (e.g. ISO 2700ff, ISO15504, ISO330fff).

? Be able to translate technical vulnerabilities into business risk terminology and recommend corrective actions

? Expert competence in working with Software Quality Risk and compliance Management frameworks, document in tracking sheet and coordinate the measures

? Advanced ability to plan, create and implement audit scopes to both perform internal testing of controls as well as to support external audits conducted in accordance with ISAE, ISO and so on

Personal skills:

? Excellent communications (both in verbal and written)

? Excellent in effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints.

? High flexible and strong ability in managing changes in time and to analyze and solve problems involving several options with limited information.

? Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

? Intercultural openness

Working experience (in years):

? Minimum 3 years working experience with System/Software Quality, System/Software Development process Audits, Software problem analysis (or similar experiences)

? Proven experiences in management and control of System/Software external service provider/ supplier

? Proven experience in performing and leading System/Software Quality assessments / audits

? Proven experience in defining System/Software Quality control requirements related to IT infrastructure and information system design and implementation.

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Chinese and English in writing and conversation mandatory, German is strongly preferable

? Minimum one of the international software quality related professional certifications such as A-Spice or Information Security are required
