Position: HR Services

Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

This position ensures the recruiting function is smoothly carried out in order to support the business running and development: support whole selecting process, management recruiting channels, arrange interviews, arrange Assessment Center, liaise with recruiting agencies in China, consolidate recruiting related data and make reports.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Channels management:

？ Prepare internal and external job advertisements, Post and update vacancy information on both external and internal recruitment websites, and improve a standardized recruiting image for the external.

？ Select appropriate recruitment channels and coordinate with local Headhunters or recruitment agency to deliver the required services to HR Consultants within budget range

？ Being a coordinator between HR consulting team and recruitment channels to inform the status of job vacancies and recruitment requirements clearly and efficiently.

2. Interview Arrangement:

？ Pre-select CVs from different channels and give Feedback to candidates

？ Maintain potential candidate pool

？ Arrange interviews for BU hiring managers and HR consultants timely.

？ Propose and update recruitment reports

3. Staff AC Arrangement:

- Coordinate with internal and external Observers, consultants, candidates and other parties to smoothly and timely carry out AC plan

- Track and maintain AC data and prepare relevant AC reports regularly

- Provide on-site support for both pre-AC interview and AC.

4. HR Routine Function:

- Payment follow up for both HR vendors and candidates

- Employment Certificate preparation for employees

- Personal Files management

- Probation reminder notice

- NEO training arrangement and on-site support

- New Hire Welcome and on-boarding arrangement weekly

5. Support Job Fairs

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

- Bachelor in Business, Economics, Human Resources etc.

Personal skills:

- Engagement &Self-initiative

- Responsible working attitude

Working experience (in years):

- 2-3 years working experience with at least 1 year in a similar role

- Worked in a multi-cultural environment

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

- English and Chinese language skills are essential. German speaking is advantageous

- Master Excel, PowerPoint and Word
