职位描述

Position: Customer Service Process – Sales & Marketing

Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP / Business Applications

Location: Beijing


Main goals and objectives:

? Responsibility for the management of the Customer Service Process (CSP) for Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects/programs for the purpose of achieving department goals based on local and group defined action items.

? Planning, Design, Implementation, Rollout and Continuous Improvement of IT projects based on company needs, in line with group and international standards (PMP) in the area of the Customer Service Process (CSP) - Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects.

? Establishment of processes and corresponding documentation (process and knowledge management) and reporting.

? Manage and coordinate external service providers in the CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects including:

o Technical and functional supervision of contracted parties

o Contract management

o Monitoring and reporting

? Project planning and execution ensuring cost- /schedule and scope adherence.

? Support budget planning processes, control the execution of projects and services  within the planned budget in the CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects area.

? Business consultancy for the CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects area in all regional companies incl. JVs with focus on VW Group standards.

? Responsible for assuring high-quality IT project delivery and customer satisfaction in accordance with the defined KPIs and the MbO.

? Establishment of a long term orientation for the JVs and VGC toward using VW group technologies/processes/systems and VGC standard IT components

Your Responsibilities:

Management of ITP projects for CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects:

? Regular interact with local stakeholders/business and be responsible for the IT/system related project/program management  for CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects

? Determine CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects ITP requirements by analysing needs of users/departments; prioritizing modifications to related systems; developing and implementing documentation requirements related to the project area

? Communication and documentation of the status of VW Group Master Construction Plan and adaptation into regional application strategies for CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects area

? Build up stable and regular communication to identify and realize synergy in EAM for CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects with all involved stakeholders, incl. JVs

? CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects IT Roadmap Planning for upcoming 3 years in cooperation with all ITP entities incl. JVs of Region China

? Manage applications life cycle and deployment of new releases in coordination with the project teams

? Coordinate, validate and implement change requests and release updates in cooperation with the project teams and the suppliers

? Drive request for proposal (RFP) process and manage partners/vendors to deliver the requested projects, solutions or services

? Harmonize JV, VW Group and VGC projects, processes and systems in the CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects area

? Develop, monitor and review annual IT budgets of the CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects area to ensure they comply with the group’s corporate goals, guidelines and objectives

? Cooperate within the process of new releases and deployments implementation

? Manage projects/programs for both ITP and business aspects and ensure the alignment of local and central teams objectives, standards and policies including rollout of VW Group solutions, local business process re-engineering and system development

? Present updates regarding the project portfolio including roadmaps and project challenges

? Develop, monitor and review annual IT budgets of the CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects to ensure they comply with the group’s corporate goals, guidelines and objectives and continuously monitor spending’s

? Achieve CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic project objectives by professional project management; contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems, determining system improvements

? Prepare and drive decision proposals for IT & Process optimization in CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects area

? Provide monthly Project status reports to the leader

? Manage and monitor overall project agreements and contracts (run time and budget) to ensure continuous service level agreement (SLA)

? Conduct risk assessment and coordinate mitigation plans

? Effectively communicate scope and manage expectations among all parties involved in a timely manner; and maintain business relationship professionally

? Provide technological recommendation in the development and implementation regarding to system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability and performance

? Ensure continues knowhow transfer from VW Group to local project teams

? Manage, update and release documentation related to CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects

Business Process Management:

? Setup and manage projects by international industry project management standard (PMP) especially focused on scope, budget, quality, time and resources

? Manage partners/vendors to deliver the requested products, solutions and services

? Finalize the project delivery with completed documentation

? Identify and create potential synergy with VWAG IT project teams in CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic topics

? Ensure IT compliance regarding legal requirements, intellectual property protection, access and data security protection (ITSP)

? Oversee infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments and align appropriate project activities & business communication

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Bachelor or Master in computer science or equivalent

? Additional master in business administration or business science would be an advantage

Working experience (in years):

? At least 5 years’ experience in software solution development in the automotive and/or marketing industry

? At least 3 years knowledge in IT project management (PMP or equivalent)

? Minimum of 1 year with international projects

? Familiar with IT Security Concepts in the CSP – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Strategic projects area

? Familiar with IT Architecture Management concepts

? Experience driving request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) processes and evaluate the technical proposals

? Experience in IT Project Planning, Delivery and Optimization (incl. Budgeting)

? Experience in managing partners/vendors to deliver the requested projects, solutions and services

? Experience in Documentation and Reporting

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? English fluent (spoken and written)

? German or/and Chinese would be an advantage

? Intercultural competence

? PMP or equivalent certification
