Position: Senior Auditor Special Investigation Technical

Division/Department: Internal Audit

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

Conduct independent and objective internal audits in the technical areas/departments of the following entities of the VW Group China: VCIC, VICO, VWPT, VWTS, VWED, VWATD, VWPF, Sitech Dongchang, FAW-VW Changchun, FAW-VW Chengdu, FAW-VW SC and VWHK; as well as other entities in which VW holds the legal authorization to conduct audits (e.g. dealers, suppliers).Through the conducted internal audits, verify the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the VGC. Advise the related departments and entities on risk management with a systemic and systematic approach. Evaluate the security, reliability, effectivity, functionality and reasonability of the value chain processes to improve the operation and profitability of VGC.

Your Responsibilities:

? Plan, organize and perform scheduled, special and self-assessment audit projects according to determined audit objectives and in accordance with professional standards (e.g. IIA Standards and K-GR Handbook).

? Communicate the audit findings and negotiate the proposed action plan with all management levels to ensure the continuous improvement of the operation and profitability of the VGC.

? Follow up and negotiate the implementation of the audit actions and suggestions in cooperation with the Audit Manager and/or Director of Internal Audit.

? Keep abreast of corporate policies and procedures, current technical developments in production, logistics, technical development, quality and planning; and local regulations, as applicable.

? Identify potential savings and charge backs to third parties during the audits engagements, based on the planning and projections of the Internal Audit Department.

? Conduct data analysis with different software according to the requirements of the audit engagement.

? Support the work of the AUDI China Internal Auditor in Technical Audits at VGC entities which produce or commercialize AUDI products and/or services.

? Advise the VGC entities on continuous improvement, risk management; and data and processes analysis, as applicable with previous authorization of the Internal Audit Director.

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Industrial, Mechanical or Systems Engineering (Other Engineering education could meet based on experience and other skills).

? MBA is desired and could substitute working experience.

Personal skills:

? Knowledge of Compliance, Anti-Corruption and Risk Assessment topics.

? Ethics, honesty, objectivity, loyalty, proactivity and creativity

? Analytical, critical and structured thinking

? Capacity of conflict management.

? Good written and oral communication skills.

? Team Work.

? Ability to understand and propose business solutions to all management levels.

? Proficiency in Data Analysis Software e.g. Excel, ACL, Access.

? Proficiency in SAP R/3 (Modules: FI/CO and MM)

Working experience (in years):

? Minimum 2 years of auditing and/or experience in technical areas/departments in the Manufacturing Industry (preferably in Automotive Industry in China).

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Chinese is Native or comparable with native language, English is Reads, writes and speaks to be able to negotiate and German is Enough for basic communication

? ? Certifications like CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), Green/Black Belt Six Sigma are also desired and could substitute working experience.

? ? International education and/or working experience are also desired.
