What we offer:
The China Graduate Trainee Program is targeting on young talents preparation for VW future business success.
We planned an 18 months development process including job rotation, soft skill training and domestic & international assignment to let you grow fast into the professional level.
Based on the successful experience over 10 years, this program will continue to provide a development platform for your individual potential!
Our Requirements:
- University graduates, Auto industry or IT related majors preferred
- Strong communication and corporation skill
- Less than 2 years’ working experience
- International background is a plus
Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
- English as working language and speaking German is a plus
- Familiar with MS Office
