Position: Eco System Rollout Management

Division/Department: Human Resources, Orga. & ITP / ITP Region China

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

？ Manage activities for Rollout Projects of solutions and services from the Implementation Project to the Transition to Operation involving assessment, planning and preparation, resource management, communication, deployment testing - Work with Business departments early in the project life cycle - Plan and manage a Rollout Project Portfolio in tandem with project plan, working closely with

？ Operations team - Maintain Rollout Project management documentation in specified tools - Schedule and facilitate meetings - Review and monitor deployment KPI - Status/progress reporting

？ Set up a communication platform for all relevant stakeholders which includes VW, Audi and other VW Group brands and Chinese JVs.

？ Gather all necessary documentations by create and maintain document requirement list

？ Increase Project efficiency by accurate estimation and multiple project management.

？ Resolve conflicts between parties.

？ Management of risks and assessments.

？ Ensure Rollout Projects are successful implemented.

？ Budget management and control to ensure the total cost efficiency.

？ Open bid process, vendor management and contract management.

Your Responsibilities:

？ Build up and maintain Rollout Projects Portfolio

？ Execute the individual Rollout Projects

？ Facilitate transition requirements, maintain transition portfolio and build up transition plan

？ Maintain Project Documentation, standard Documents and document requirement list

？ Define role and responsibility of every project

？ Arrange Rollout Project meetings and Execute steering Committee Meetings

？ Review and validate required documentation

？ Regular Portfolio and Project status reports

？ Execute Project Status escalation and reporting where necessary

？ Evaluate business cases (ROI/TCO) to ensure cost efficiency of projects and operations

？ Drive request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) process and evaluate the technical proposals

？ Setup and manage projects by international industry project management standard (PMP) especially focused on scope, budget, quality, time and resources

？ Manage projects for both IT services and business aspects and ensure the alignment of local and central teams objectives, standards and policies

？ Manage partners/vendors to deliver the requested products, solutions and services

？ Make sure the handover process to operation is fully defined and executed

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

？ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field

？ Proven experience in IT Cloud Area and complex IT projects

Technical skills and Working experience:

？ At least 3 years’ experience with EcoSystem Rollout Management

？ At least 3 years’ experience with Cloud based environments

？ At least 3 years’ experience with IT Project Management (PMP or equivalent)

？ Minimum of 1 year with international projects

？ Experience with the Agile/Scrum framework

？ Experience with Telematics or any vehicle connectivity project in automotive industry

？ Ability to manage risks and make decisions

？ Ability to set and pursue targets independently (self-initiative and independence)

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ German or/and Chinese would be an advantage

？ Cloud technology related certification would be an advantage

？ SCRUM related certification would be an advantage

？ PMP or equivalent certification would be an advantage
