Mission:
- To drive and enforce all SRE security system management and design related programs and intiatives, optimizing security resources utilities;
- To assist SRE security manager in the development and enforcement of standards as stiputaled in SRE security policies, guidelines;
- To assist SRE security manager in delevoping and driving security and emergency response program and training as required, in the function of physical security.

Responsibilities:
- To drive and enforce all SRE security deployment design and assessment related programs and intiatives, optimizing security recources utility. According to security guidelines, ensure the security design plan is appropriate with customer requirement and local environment, closing security gap economically.
- To drive and enforce all SRE security system management related programs and intiatives.
- Responsible to collect and update system data, analyse the alarm report to assist SRE security manager finding gaps and building effecitive protection measures.
- Response to sudden failure of the system and equipment, coordinate and push vendors to eliminate the failures in time and ensure the security system and equipments running continuously and completely in the correct conditions.
- In order to ensure the operation of security system, responsible to develop system and equipment maintenance plan and technical servce level; supervise the implementation of the maintenance plan; Conduct periodic review session with vendors to achieve quality service level provided by security vendor.
- To develop, maintain and enforce physical security standards as stipulated in guidelines, policies, as directed by the SRE manager. Formulate and constantly review processes and procedures that would enable better performance during construction or renovation work.
- To drive and participate in security construction project; support project manager with providing security concept design according to relevant rules and requirement, reviewing the technical configuration provided by vendors; take part in the acceptance of security project and make it in line with the security guideline of SRE.
- Response to security emergency; develop and drive emergency response plan and training programs in the function of physical security; Assist SRE security manager to conduct security assessment and audit to all the locations managed by SRE China.

Competencies:
- Bachelor degreee or above in the field of automatization or electronic engineering;
- At least 5 years professional work experience in security system design and project management of ELV;
- Be very familiar with security system ( access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, etc) design and construction; Familiar with security product capability and deployment requirements; Familiar with relevant National Codes and standards;
- Team player;
- MNC work background will be preferred;
- Siemens internal employee is in priority.
