Legal Manager/中国区法律事务经理（熟直销法及政策）

工作概括：

? 根据集团法律风险控制的战略，协调内外部资源，完成纠纷/诉讼/仲裁/行政案件等的处理。并对集团法律风险控制的策略、制度和流程提出专业的意见和建议。

工作职责：

1. 负责集团法律事务部诉讼法务处的日常工作；

2. 协调集团相关争议/诉讼/仲裁等的解决；

3. 负责集团相关案件，包括劳动纠纷、政策研究、合同等案件的调查、取证，与司法、行政等机关联络、协调；

4. 负责集团诉讼法律风险的管理、控制，拟定相关战略、制度和流程；

5. 法务总监交办的其它事务。

职位要求：

1. 教育程度：全日制大学法学相关专业本科以上学历，国内外重点院校毕业及硕士优先（五院四系等重点大学优先考虑）；

2. 工作经验：大型企业法律顾问或知名律所5年以上工作经验，具备直销行业或熟悉直销法，有直销行业法律研究或培训经历者优先考虑；

3. 专业知识：通过中国律所/法律从业资格考试，熟悉国内案件办理流程，与公、检、法及行政管理机关有良好的沟通；

4. 技巧技能：具有丰富的团队管理经验，思维开阔活跃、具有较强的沟通、表达能力，能够承受一定的压力、富有团队精神。
