We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Case Manager-Broker/HNW, HSBC Life Insurance.

In this role, you will: - All necessary documentation as required is received and properly completed, and all administrative and compliance processes are followed and monitored as to timeliness and quality;- Mases are processed and all primary records and systems data is captured;- Medical and other requirements are coordinated and handled promptly, including the arranging of such requirements;- Policies are issued in accordance with HSBC Insurance standards;- Policyholder and policy information is kept up-to-date through full lifecycle;- Overall control all the cases and ensure each case is handled in an effective and timely manner;- Resolve difficult cases and special requests from the frontline- Provide all-round case management to support frontline to achieve the business goals and create positive impact to business production and achieve the KPIs (ie ANP, Product Mix and VNB)

Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

?- 8 years and above working experience in Life Insurance, prefer to be experienced in front line sales, HNW sales support roles.- Experience of individual life product in Broker/Broker Channel business is a prefer;- Commercially-minded with strong business acumen- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with Group executives and teams and externally with customers- Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent internal stakeholders relationship management- Serving mindset is a must.
