RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Controller to review and update project budget with project leaders in a monthly basis and prepare project reports
• Revenue recognition and analysis on POC basis
• Consolidate monthly financial statements and analyze the variances
• Follow up the fee forecast for new potential projects
• AR & WIP aging analysis
• Monthly Utilization analysis
• Budget and forecast support
• Other financial analysis and reports as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of finance relevant working experience, 5+ years of senior level accounting/analysis experience
• Professional services industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with international operations
• Highly detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written communication, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills, proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Good written & oral English
