Description of position:
1. Lead the entire flavorist team to develop flavors for beverage and/or confectionery products.
2. Ensure regulatory compliances for flavors in China/Asian Countries.
3. Manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
4. Communicate and work with other R&D staff.
5. Provide timely guidance on flavor development and production.
6. Sign on Technical documents and keep them in file.
7. Keep updated with new technology and trends in the flavor industry and ensure a smooth intercommunication inside company and the Group.

Experience & Education Requirements:
1. Minimum a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Food Science.
2. Ideally 10+ years flavor development experiences in flavor or food industry with emphasis on sweet
flavors.
3. Familiar with flavor market.
4. Proven record on project management skills, multi-task and results-oriented.
5. Have deeply insight into flavor trends and possess awareness and ability of innovation.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Good command of English.
