Mission of Function
- Drive the implementation of NEA GSS key IT projects with full cycle from defining business requirements, specification documentation and implementation coordination till projects deliverables including resources planning and controlling.
- Ultimately ensure the success of IT project implementation at GSS NEA.
- Provide IT PM implementation methodology and expertise within GSS to support the BL IT projects team members.
- Assist BL to evaluate different IT solutions options and build business case when required
- Facilitate the planning in IT project implementation via coordinating all required resources planning with different parties to ensure IT implementation roadmap meets business timely requirements.

Dimensions of Function
- This position is responsible for driving key IT projects from end to end cycle. Ensuring the quality of project execution and deliverables to meet the business requirements within budget and timelines agreed.

Responsibilities
- Lead GSS NEA key IT projects with overall responsibilities in Project management - defining requirements, execution quality, timely deliverables, quality of testing, budget planning, resources planning.
- Participate in IT strategy forum discussions and assist in evaluating best IT solution fit to business requirements
- Assist BL in defining business objectives in IT needs - bridge business with IT department
- Establish a professional methodology for IT projects Management and implement it within the organization.
- Monitor rigor and discipline required for high quality deliverables projects in key IT projects
- Report and track project performance and escalation topics
- Provide GSS Management with GSS NEA Key IT project pipelines - prioritization and roadmap
- Organize together with IT Application Support Team the IT Advisory Board
- Be knowledgeable of IT Market Trend & up-to-date applications and solutions in AFS and HRS
- Help build GSS IT PM capabilities

Requirements
- > 5 years experiences in IT project Management with multi systems and interfaces.
- > 5 years experiences in ERP SAP project implementation with at least 3 full cycle implemented projects involvement as consultant or project managers role.
- Worked with proven IT PM project methodology
- Have experienced in multiple roles from consultant to PM in ERP SAP full cycle project implementation
- Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills
- Excellent written skills in terms of documentation
- Excellent drive in leading virtual team to complete tasks - Excellent skills in motivating people
- SAP ERP, PM methodology
- Business processes in Accounting and Finance, SCM or HR.
- Extensive knowledge and drive capability
- Multi-cultural & multi-lingual environments.
- Fluent Chinese & English are required. German is an advantage.
