About Align

Align Technology was founded in March 1997 and designs, manufactures and markets Invisalign, a proprietary method for treating malocclusion; the misalignment of teeth.

Due to our rapid expansion in Asia Pacific, we are now looking for a candidate to fill the following position:

Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis,

· Participate in accounting closing processes, support monthly/quarterly closing FP&A review,

· Develop and improve financial processes: finance reporting tools, management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes.

· Work closely with commercial team to provide financial support and professional guidance, provide performance reporting from finance perspective to management team

· Support SAP implementation

· Ad hoc projects and other relevant assignments.

Relationship

· Report to Angela Fang, CN Senior Finance Manager

· Work with Finance team at Shanghai

· Business partner for commercial team and other functions

Requirements

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner

· Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications; strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)

· Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to business performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

· Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

· Agile, results oriented, customer focused

· Acts with integrity and fairness and high standards of accountability

· Language: English and Chinese (written and spoken)

Education [Degree or equivalent experience]

· Bachelor’s degree of above in Accounting, Finance with professional accounting certification such as CICPA/ACCA

· At least 6 years relevant experience, big 4 background is preferred

· Related medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience is highly appreciated
