岗位职责
The Director of Business Development leads and supervises the Sales Team. Oversees the day to day sales activities of the Sales Manager, with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training. Leads the Sales Team in implementing action plans and in accomplishing goals set forth in the Marketing Plan

岗位要求
-Minimum 5 years of sales and/or customer service experience at an international hotel; one year related position experience
-Able to source new markets to create additional customer base
-Able to analyze the competition and market situation, and come up with new approach to drive revenue; familiar with Beijing CBD Area
-Pleasant personality and excellent negotiation skill
-Self-motivated and disciplined
-English proficiency required
-College degree preferred
