General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
The Assistant Manager of Sales Coordinator primary job is to help Commercial Support Manager guiding and supervises Sales support team to ensure Customers is being satisfied.

The aim is to provide excellent Sales Support to work with the DSV network in China as well as overseas. Assistant Manager, Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting, guiding and developing the team-members.

Customers: 客户
· Service our customers - this being New as well as Existing – on a day to day basis.

· Quote customers and align with Sales, BDMs and RDMs ensuring DSV provides competitive solutions. 确保提供给客户的报价是经销售和业务发展部门认可的,且报价和产品方案需要有竞争力。
· Proactively provide help and advice to our customers – visit customers together with sales as needed. 积极对客户提供帮助和建议,有需要的时候协同销售和业务发展部门共同拜访客户。

· Develop new business opportunities from our existing customers 协助在现有客户中开发全业务的商业机会。 Team-Leader 团队管理职责
· Secure efficient, effective and clear communication towards Sales, BD’s & RDM’s 确保与销售,业务发展部门以及航线发展部门之间的沟通有效,及时,清楚。
· Training staff to deliver a high standard of service – both externally and internally. 在部门内培训员工,确保整个部门对内对外高水准的服务水平。
· Leading, coaching & supervising the team 带领,指引和指导团队。
· Monthly “one on one” with each team member. 在部门内开展月度会议。
· Visibility i.e. through internal “Board Meetings” reviewing results, targets, challenges and opportunities 清楚知道商务支持部门内部的成绩,指标,有挑战和有机会的地方。
· Work with product managers, sales managers and RD/BD managers to align expectation. 通过和产品经理,销售经理以及业务发展和航线发展经理之前的协助赢得更多我们想合作的客户。
· Branding DSV internally and externally to improve customer retention, development, EBIT contribution, customer performance/surveys and operational excellence 对内对外展开营销活动,以提高现有客户的维持率,发展率,EBITA,客户满意度调查以及卓越的操作服务。

· Design quality training programs and implement standards to coach team members toward higher performance and success. 设计高质量的培训计划和执行标准,带领团队成员提高总体服务水平,以此带动和支持业务的发展。
· Set clear goals for each team member 为团队成员设定明确的工作目标
· Implement KPI’s for each team members and secure proper follow up and action plans. 在团队内严格执行岗位考核指标和要求,定期跟踪并制定相应的行动计划。
· Optimize working processes and procedures – both externally and internally. 优化内外部的工作流程和程序。 · Establish “Board-Meetings” reviewing daily challenges and opportunities 在团队内定期组织相关会议,就当前的挑战和机会做出相应的行动计划。

Job Requirements
任职资格 Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验
· College graduate, major in related is preferable 大专以上学历,物流相关专业优先考虑
Skills & Knowledge 技能与知识

· Coordination skills 具有协调协作的技巧
