PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Play as a business partner to provide professional financial services -
? Prepare reports to internal clients on regular / requested basis and provide in-depth analysis and business insight
? Lead financial analysis and support on marketing program validation / tracking / analysis / reporting, pricing, new product launch and other business initiatives
? Assist in planning cycle
? Continuously streamline reporting and planning processes, proactively identify (potential) issues or explore opportunity to improve efficiency, and be always able to offer solution
? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
职位要求：
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or above of accounting or financial related

EXPERIENCE:
8-10 years’ financial analysis experience in FMCG
Experience in US-listed company/Big 4 is strongly preferred
Experience in SOX404 and US GAAP
Familiar with SAP, SAP add-ins and BI function is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Business acumen, strong analytical skills and result oriented
? Good team spirit and communication skills
? Self-motivated and “can-do” attitude
? Able to work independently and under pressure
? Fluent in English, oral and written
? Master of MS tools, particularly good at analytical functionalities
