Duties & Responsibilities:

Quarterly:

?n charge of quarterly DFPC review with all subcons and keep corporate package cost at market level;

Maintain the cost in SAP;

Keep healthy commercial comminication with subcon and cowork with Ops for subcon performance

quatetly review;

Yearly:

?n charge of cost structure review and cost reduction;

Support Ops for subcon sourcing and qualification;

Purcahse stratefy reivew;

Daily:

Non-Jilin soucing work, based upon user request, and prepare and review purchase contract.

Qualifications:

Have good knowledge about semiconductors industry and be familiar with subcon business process;

Working experiecne in assembly and test is big PLUS, and B/E cost structure knowledge is a MUST;

Computer and english are literate
