Job Description:

1. Work closely with National KA team.

· Support to perfect customer plan from view of field.

· “Translate" key account plans to execution level with area MT sales manager.

· Consolidate regional information and submit with high quality on time.

· Regular visit regional office of national key accounts with RKAMs.

2. Tracking and improving executions.

· Set up clear KPIs of executions by Area MT sales manager, by MT supervisor by MT SR.

· Weekly track and co-visit stores with team to improve execution quality.

· Coach team members via daily work.

· Well understand MT strategy (channel & customer).

· Well understand the market situation of MT within his/her geography.

3. Develop business of local key accounts.

· Make business plan with very local key accounts and review regularly.

· Manage the investment on very local key accounts and evaluate ROI.

Job Requirement:

1. Educational Qualifications : College and above

2. Professional Experience: 10 years or above working experience in sales of F&B industry, familiar with FMCG goods market. At least 6 years on field MT. Experience in Corporate KA role will be a plus.

3. Good communication skills/planning skills/Negotiation skills/Analytical skills (data sensitive)

4. Competencies (Personal Characteristics): Understand MT Channels/customers and market situation

5. Strong ability in leading and building team and willing to take challenge
