工作职责：

 1、拨打和接听客户的咨询电话，做好客服资料的收集工作，提取客户信息档案，以便关注这些客户的发展动态； 

 2、了解客户需求，对其购买提供专业咨询，能够回答客人提出的常规性的问题，并做好相关的记录，反馈给领导；

 3、陌生电话拜访，开拓新客户市场，长期建立与积累有价值的意向客户群体；

 4、对客户进行不定期回访，通过回访了解不同客户的需求，满足客户需求，提高客户满意度。 

 5、客户数据汇总与整理、日常报表统计及领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格 ：

 1、有客服工作经验者优先；

 2、普通话标准，口齿清楚，声音甜美，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；

 3、较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；

 4、良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动； 

5、熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件。
